David specializes in personal and group training, teen training, and sports.
“I strive to inspire others to overcome any obstacle they come across in their fitness journey. I put passion and effort into changing lives, whether that be helping people to get stronger, faster, or to lose a few inches off of their waist. Many years of participation in sports and martial arts have encouraged me to influence and motivate others every day.”
Deonne specializes in personal and group training, weight training, and bootcamp. She is ISSA certified and has over 20 years of experience.
“I became a trainer because I value taking care of the body, mind, and spirit, and strive to help others to learn to love this as well. I am passionate about providing the knowledge that people need to live a healthy lifestyle. I am blessed to be a part of every client’s journey.”
Denise is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and group exercise instructor. She has a BS Degree in Biopsychology, a TRX/Rip Trainer, Combine 360/Ignite Trainer, Stroops Trainer, Trigger Point Therapy/Myofacial Release trained, and DotFit Nutrition trained.
“I have always loved movement and helping others to ignite their fire for fitness and health. Teaching and training allow me to continuously learn, grow, share, dance, sing, and laugh!”
Gabee specializes in group training and spin.
“As a former athlete, I understand the importance of having someone there to hold you accountable while trying to reach your goals. As a trainer, I am passionate about stepping into that role for others and not letting them back down from working towards their goals.”
JoAnna is a NASM and NCSF Certified Personal Trainer, Medical Exercise Specialist, Performance Enhancement Specialist, and Corrective Exercise Specialist. She is also TRX certified, Senior Fitness Association certified, and does perinatal training.
“There are many reasons why I love being a trainer. I love people. I love movement. I love working with people and seeing their improvement. I love taking the journey with people developing their understanding of the body and getting it to move, feel, and function better.”
Lizzie is an RYT 200 and specializes in many styles of yoga including Hatha, Vinyasa, and Heated Yoga.
“I love to create a safe place for all levels to reach their individual goals. My hope is to encourage others to embrace both the mental and physical benefits of yoga and to find balance that will carry into their everyday lives; to become mindful, breathe deeply, and remain focused on the present.”
Miguel is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and specializes in personal and group training.
“When I was starting my fitness journey, I had to learn everything on my own through research, trial, and error. I want to help others through that process so they don’t have to do it alone. I will teach my clients everything they need to know to reach their fitness goals and how to motivate themselves to do it on their own, too.”
